Please note that the melting point of this product is 37 degrees (body temperature) and may melt in transit. Even during the colder months, the temperature in Australia Post and Courier delivery vans can exceed this, and as a result, this product may melt. Whilst we take all care to adequately pack and label our shipments, we cannot control carrier’s transportation and storage procedures – we therefore cannot accept any claims for melted product.
